Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager – Leasing
Industry: Luxury Retail (D2 C)
Location: Noida
Experience: 7–8 Years
Role Overview:
Manage end-to-end leasing activities for luxury retail stores
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements with malls/partners
Coordinate anchoring and store fit-outs; conduct regular site visits
Develop, implement, and maintain leasing SOPs
Monitor leased properties and ensure compliance with standards
Prepare leasing performance reports (occupancy, rentals, retention)
Analyze market trends, competition, and upcoming malls
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate
Strong understanding of retail operations and catchment analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
