Leasing Manager

POSITION: LEASING MANAGER FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES (RETAIL LEASING AND TENANT ENGAGEMENT)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leasing and tenant relations function of Commercial Properties.
• Ensures tenant's support on the property's marketing plan.
• Ensure proper handover and monitoring of all signed-up leases from the store opening, day-to-day operation, and account closing (when applicable).
• Help maintain the double-digit increase in revenue by increasing the signing-up rate in the market.
• To assist in upgrading retail tenants in commercial properties.
• Handle a Leasing Team to carry out leasing functions for CPG (to report directly to Leasing Head)
• Leasing and tenant relations functions for all CPG Office Properties
• Source new direct accounts (not to rely on inquiries captured by SM Offices) and support marketing plans and initiatives through coordination with tenants
