We are seeking a highly motivated Broker Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. Whether you are seasoned agent looking to supplement your income with leasing (leads provided) or you are newer agent looking to build your book of business, we have the solution for you. This is a full-time position with a fully commission-based compensation structure.

Requirements:

- Active real estate license in the state of Colorado (newly licensed candidates are welcome)

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for real estate transactions

- Willingness to work on a fully commission-based compensation structure
