Lecturers in Computer Science (three positions)

The Department of Computer Science at Aalto University invites applications for lecturer positions in computer science. The positions of the Aalto University lecturer career system are available at the levels of University Teacher, University Lecturer, and Senior University Lecturer. The positions are full-time and permanent. We invite applications from the following three areas:

· Bioinformatics, biostatistics, and health data science

· General computer science: programming, algorithms, and theory

· Software engineering

The candidates must hold a doctoral degree in any of the areas listed above or related fields, such as Statistics or Applied Mathematics, at the time of being appointed, and they are expected to have very good teaching skills and a deep interest in teaching and working with students in higher education.
