Project Overview:
I am looking for a programmer to create a private Custom Gameplay Submod for XCOM 2: War of the Chosen (specifically compatible with the Long War of the Chosen overhaul).
The Challenge:
I need to alter specific game mechanics (Panic logic, Bleedout formulas, and Injury traits) to follow a new set of rules different from the default settings. This requires Script Overrides (.uc files) and hooking into the X2WOTCCommunityHighlander. This cannot be done with simple .ini config edits.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
MUST OWN THE GAME: You must already own XCOM 2: War of the Chosen on PC. I cannot provide game keys or assets.
SDK READY: You must have the XCOM 2 Development Tools (ModBuddy) installed (or be able to install them immediately).
UNREALSCRIPT SKILLS: You must be proficient in UnrealScript (Legacy UE3) or have strong C++/Java skills and be comfortable navigating legacy code.
