Legal and Administrative Support

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and paralegal‑style assistance to lawyers and partners.
  • Prepare standard legal correspondence, notices, and letters using templates and precedents.
  • Bundle, collate, paginate, and organise legal documents for court filings and client correspondence.
  • Distribute documents and correspondence to clients, courts, and other stakeholders.

Insolvency & Matter Management

  • Assist with high‑volume insolvency matters, particularly winding‑up processes, following established internal procedures.
  • Manage matter files, ensuring accurate saving, naming, and filing of documents.
