Legal and Administrative Support
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and paralegal‑style assistance to lawyers and partners.
- Prepare standard legal correspondence, notices, and letters using templates and precedents.
- Bundle, collate, paginate, and organise legal documents for court filings and client correspondence.
- Distribute documents and correspondence to clients, courts, and other stakeholders.
Insolvency & Matter Management
- Assist with high‑volume insolvency matters, particularly winding‑up processes, following established internal procedures.
- Manage matter files, ensuring accurate saving, naming, and filing of documents.
- Support workflow and process management across various stages of matters.
