Legal and Administrative Support- Provide day-to-day administrative and paralegal-style assistance to lawyers and partners.
- Prepare standard legal correspondence, notices, and letters using templates and precedents.
- Bundle, collate, paginate, and organise legal documents for court filings and client correspondence.
- Distribute documents and correspondence to clients, courts, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with high-volume insolvency matters, particularly winding up processes, following established internal procedures.
- Manage matter files, ensuring accurate saving, naming, and filing of documents.
