We're now ready to strengthen the security of our platform as we scale. To do this, we're looking for a
Legal Analyst.
What You'll Do

• Support the Legal team by providing general legal assistance across different areas of the company, with a focus on Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.
• Assist in the legal operational setup related to our expansion in Brazil and Mexico.
• Help identify and analyze legal and regulatory risks across jurisdictions.
• Review contracts and assist in the analysis of banking regulations and licensing-related matters.
• Support the preparation and coordination of responses to requests from regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (finance, accounting, product) and external legal advisors in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in financial regulation, fintech, or banking (experience in Brazil is a strong plus).
• Experience working in startups and fast-paced environments.
• Solid understanding of contracts, regulatory frameworks, and compliance processes.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional and multicultural setting.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
