About The Role
The legal Analyst role is a senior position wherein the incumbent should able to understand the nuances of the business and industry and craft the legal and compliance strategy and process accordingly. It is single contributor role, hence willing to own the function end to end. The role will also handle Secretarial affairs of the Company.
The Impact You'll Make
▪ Drafting and Vetting of Business Contracts viz. Sales Agreements, ReSeller Agreements, Service Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Logistics Agreements, NDA, Letter of Intents, MoU etc.
▪ Negotiation and Execution of contracts with the stakeholders, updating of contract management tools
▪ Litigation Management – Co-ordinating with external (Lawyers) and internal stakeholders (business team members) and ensure timely
flow of information. Co-ordinate with the Head Legal on the strategies of the matters and frame the petitions ...
