**Position Overview**
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Paralegal to manage pre-litigation case files,
support clients throughout their treatment process, and ensure cases move efficiently and
proactive, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Communication & Support**
Conduct regular client calls and maintain consistent, empathetic, and professional
communication.
Ensure every client feels guided, supported, and informed throughout their case.
Monitor client treatment progress and ensure no case becomes inactive or
unattended.
Case File Management
Request, collect, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other
supporting documents.
Request and track medical liens.
Draft and send Letters of Representation, retainers, and case correspondence.
