13. Answer telephone calls, direct messages to the appropriate law clerk, a manage
communications within the office.
Qualifications:
 Education: LLB degree from an accredited law school.
 Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on
commercial real estate transactions, development, leasing, and property management.
 Licensure: Must be a licensed attorney in [state/country].
 Skills and Knowledge:
o Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including land use, zoning,
construction law, and environmental law.
o Expertise in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts.
o Experience with real estate transactions, acquisitions, and dispositions.
o Knowledge of risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
o Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
 Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with international real estate laws or cross-border transactions.
o Prior experience in managing a legal team or department.
