We are seeking a Legal Support Specialist – Pre-Litigation Support (LST) to join our team remotely. This role is critical in ensuring case files are accurately prepared, properly organized, and compliant, supporting Case Managers in early-stage workflows.
As part of the LST team, you'll focus on precision, consistency, and execution of intake-level and administrative tasks, contributing to workflow continuity and operational growth.
Schedule:
Remote position
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake-level case setup in SmartAdvocate
Request and track police reports and investigative documents
Upload, label, and index documentation per firm standards
Draft and send standard correspondence using templates
Execute WorkPlan tasks with strict compliance
Flag missing or inconsistent information to Case Managers
