This role is critical in ensuring case files are accurately prepared, properly organized, and compliant, supporting Case Managers in early-stage workflows. As part of the LST team, you’ll focus on precision, consistency, and execution of intake-level and administrative tasks, contributing to workflow continuity and operational growth.
