ABOUT THE ROLE

Oberoi Law Chambers, Chandigarh, is seeking an experienced and professional Legal Associate to join our litigation team. This position requires a candidate who can independently manage cases across various judicial forums in the Tricity region.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Expertise:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience
  
• Proven track record in District Courts, High Court, and Consumer Forums in Chandigarh Tricity
  
• Thorough knowledge of court procedures and protocols at District and High Court levels
  
• Ability to handle cases independently, from filing to final arguments
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong case management and legal research capabilities
  
• Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills
  
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  
• Professional demeanor and strong client interaction skills
  
• Proactive approach to case handling and problem-solving
