Requirements KEY REQUIREMENTS Experience & Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience Proven track record in District Courts, High Court, and Consumer Forums in Chandigarh Tricity Thorough knowledge of court procedures and protocols at District and High Court levels Ability to handle cases independently, from filing to final arguments Skills & Competencies: Strong case management and legal research capabilities Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Professional demeanor and strong client interaction skills Proactive approach to case handling and problem-solving
Law Graduate from reputed law school.
