Job Description

1. Draft, file, and prosecute Indian patent applications

2. Prepare responses to FERs and attend hearings before the Indian Patent Office

3. Handle foreign patent applications (PCT, US, EP, and other jurisdictions) through coordination with overseas counsel 

4.Draft patent specifications, claims, and amendments 

5.Conduct patentability and prior art analysis
