The Role

Clyde & Co Canada LLP seeks a smart, capable, and responsible Legal Compliance Analyst to work with the Office of the General Counsel. This role supports the growing insurance law practice, with a work environment that is collegial and professional. You will conduct research and analysis on new matters, changes to existing matters, and new hires. As a member of the Office of the General Counsel, you will collaborate with Firm lawyers, the Business Acceptance Unit, and other departments to identify and navigate potential conflicts of interest.
