    Job Description

  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal counsel to internal teams on various corporate and commercial matters.
  • Assist in managing legal disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel when required.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and international laws relevant to the automotive industry.
  • Support regulatory filings and compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct legal research to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal and compliance concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation.
  • This role requires occasional travel to client's site

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Legal Consultant (Temp) should have:

  • LLB/LLM
  • PQE 3-6 years
  • Experience in handling legal matters in the industrial/manufacturing sector, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Prior exposure to managing on-site factory compliance is a must.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial laws.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
