Job Title: Legal Coordinator

Location: Visakhapatnam

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: ₹3 L to ₹5 LPA

Shift Timing:

US Shift (8:00 PM IST to 9:00 PM IST)

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: B.A. LLB, LLB, or master’s in law (LAW Graduate required)

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal sector

Preferably with experience in the corporate legal sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in contracts law and company law
• Assist with legal aspects of investments and funding
• Maintain strong communication and legal documentation skills
• Stay updated with the latest laws and regulations, adapting to new policies as required
• Collaborate effectively in team settings to achieve organizational goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ChatGPT for legal tasks

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of legal principles, especially in contracts law and corporate law
• Knowledge of investment processes and funding structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal practices and policies
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a team-oriented approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ChatGPT
