About our client:


Our client is a leading European private equity firm with operations across multiple jurisdictions.

To strengthen its legal team, the organisation is looking for a Legal Counsel – Funds, to focus on fund related legal, regulatory, and compliance matters in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities:

As Legal Counsel – Funds in this company, your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

Fund & Legal Work

  • Support fund formation, restructurings, secondary transactions, carried interest and employee participation structures

  • Review and negotiate LPAs, PPMs, side letters, subscription documents, capital calls and distributions

  • Advise investment teams on fund documentation and structures

    • Regulation & Compliance

  • Coordinate regulatory filings and liaise with supervisory authorities

  • Help ensure compliance with AIFMD, SFDR...
