Legal Counsel
to strengthen our Group Legal function.

In this role, you will support various PHM Group business and Group functions in legal matters and contribute to M&A transactions while developing your own expertise. The work is fast-paced, international, and diverse, with responsibilities evolving as the Group continues its strong growth.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include various legal workstreams related to the Group's M&A activities, general corporate and contract law, and shareholder matters.
