Legal Counsel - Litigation, Corporate

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel – Corporate Litigation with 4–6 years of industry experience to manage and support the organization’s litigation matters. The role involves handling corporate legal disputes, coordinating with external counsels, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing legal advisory support to internal stakeholders.

1. Client Interaction & Communication

· Objective: Manage client calls and ensure prompt communication.

· Key Activities:

Handle client inquiries related to agreements and policies.

Provide legal updates, advice, and status reports on ongoing work.

Respond to client queries within stipulated time.

2. Drafting of Agreements & Policies

· Objective: Prepare, review, and finalize various legal agreements and policies.

· Key Activities:

Draft various agreements like NDAs, employment contracts, service agreement...
