As Legal Counsel at Nagarro, you will be part of our global legal team working on challenging IT projects at the interface between law and technology, providing targeted internal legal advice to your colleagues in the business and decision-makers. You will take on responsibility in two core areas:
Business Contracting
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, especially IT contracts (software, cloud, SaaS, license agreements, service contracts).Advising internal stakeholders on legal issues in contract management.Lifecycle management of contracts, including maintenance and optimization of contract processes.Compliance
