# Legal Counsel – Mining### Job Description**Create the career pathway you want with LOD**We’re working on an exciting assignment with a top tier mining Company for a commercial lawyer to join us, and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment based in Perth.This assignment will see you advising on a range of matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, regulatory compliance through to joint venture work. This opportunity offers a full-time assignment and initially runs for 9 months with possible extension.**To join us, you will:*** Have at least 5-10 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)* Be experienced in commercial and corporate law.* Be client centric – commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running* Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships* Have previous experience providing legal advice in mining industry or similar.LOD (Lawyers On Demand) is one o...
