Legal Counsel

As In-House Legal Counsel , you will be the primary legal partner supporting business operations across the EMEA region, working closely with global headquarters in Montreal . Reporting to the Corporate Vice President – Legal & General Counsel – Americas, you will join a global legal team spanning Canada, EMEA, and Asia. Our parent company, WT Microelectronics , is headquartered in Taiwan .

This role offers high visibility, autonomy, and direct impact on global business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, distribution, consignment, bonded inventory, and NDA agreements.
• Advise on key contractual risks, including warranties, indemnities, delivery obligations, and limitation of liability.
• Support product liability, quality, and warranty matters in collaboration with Sales and Quality teams.
