We are looking for legal professional with 10+ years IT industry experience, skilled in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology-related contracts various technology and commercial contracts-primarily software licensing (SaaS model) . The role requires a capable professional who can effectively support M&A initiatives , and provide strategic legal guidance while ensuring compliance and business continuity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including: SaaS Licensing Agreements, MSAs, Vendor/Procurement Agreements, Consulting Agreements, NDAs, and Partnership Agreements
