Role Overview:
The Legal & Data Compliance Expert will ensure all data initiatives comply with Vietnamese and international data privacy, security, and banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on data privacy, data protection, and banking security regulations
Review data governance and architecture decisions for regulatory compliance
Support regulatory audits and compliance assessments
Interpret and apply Vietnamese and international data protection laws
Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams
Mandatory Requirements:
5+ years of experience in legal and data compliance projects
Qualifications related to Vietnamese or international data privacy and/or banking security regulations
Experience working with banks or financial institutions
