Role Overview:

The Legal & Data Compliance Expert will ensure all data initiatives comply with Vietnamese and international data privacy, security, and banking regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on data privacy, data protection, and banking security regulations
  • Review data governance and architecture decisions for regulatory compliance
  • Support regulatory audits and compliance assessments
  • Interpret and apply Vietnamese and international data protection laws
  • Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams

    • Mandatory Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in legal and data compliance projects
    • Qualifications related to Vietnamese or international data privacy and/or banking security regulations
    • Experience working with banks or financial institutions
