As a Legal Entity controller in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job Responsibilities
Perform legal entity accounting and control on a monthly basis, including month-end close processes, parent/child accounting, equity pick up, review of inter-entity breaks, and monitoring of unnatural general ledger balances. Conduct month-end analytical reviews of legal entities to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements, prepare various reports, and deliver legal entity and line of business financial commentary in line with regulatory reporting requirements.
