Job Description

Irish Aviation leasing company with global reach are seeking a Legal Executive with experience in a fast-paced environment. You will need to have worked as a Legal Executive in any area of Banking, Finance or Aviation Finance in a Commercial Law Firm or Professional Services Firm.
This role will be based out of their Ballsbridge Offices and support a team of Lawyers working on complex transactions.


This role is not suitable for candidates pursuing FE1 examinations or a legal training contract.


Duties in this role will include:

  • Administration related to transaction documents through all transaction stages – structuring, diligence, documentation and closing.

  • Document management – printing, scanning, preparation of bibles and binders of documents.

  • Ensuring all deadlines are met and processes maintained in line with internal standards.
