Position Overview:
As a Remote Outbound Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective leads via phone in effort to connect them with an attorney using pre-established questionnaires. Your goal is to assess whether these leads may qualify for participation in various class action and tort claims. You will work closely with our legal team to ensure that prospects are accurately qualified and moved forward in the process.
