K EY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Draft, review, and negotiate
loan agreements, contracts, and legal documents.

•Ensure compliance with RBI
guidelines and NBFC regulations.

•Provide legal advice on loan
recovery, disputes, and corporate governance.

•Assist in handling
litigation, loan defaults, and dispute resolution.

•Conduct legal research on
NBFC-related laws and manage risk assessments.

•Maintain corporate filings
and regulatory documentation.

Q UALIFICATIONS:

•Education: LLB (mandatory),
LLM (preferred).
