Legal - Lead

Role Summary

This role holder owns the legal strategy and day-to-day commercial contracting for a fast-growing GCC services business. You will build the contracting engine (playbooks, templates, CLM), lead redlines and negotiations with global counterparties, manage legal risk across the bid-to-cash lifecycle, and support scale (MSAs, SOWs, BOT models, DPAs, partner & vendor contracts, real-estate/fit-out) while enabling speed and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build/own contracting framework: templates, clause library, fallback playbooks, approval matrices.
  
• Work in a lean team with the help of external legal counsels
  
• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of: MSAs, SOWs, BOT/Build-Operate agreements, SLAs, NDAs, Data Processing, IP/licensing terms, partner/subcontractor agreements, RFP/RFQ T&Cs, procurement T&Cs.
