We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Manager who will play a key role in ensuring robust legal processes, property documentation, and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 professionals handling property documentation, verification, and legal opinions.
• Oversee preparation, verification, and validation of property-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal company policies in documentation and transaction management.
• Coordinate and execute customer property registrations at the Registrar Office through external counsel.
• Liaise with registrar offices in Noida & Ghaziabad to streamline and expedite registration processes.
