- Deliver proactive, business‑focused legal counsel to management and cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations across Mexico and regional markets.
- Lead, review, negotiate, and manage key commercial agreements ensuring alignment with internal governance standards.
- Optimize contract lifecycle management and ensure adherence to global policies.
- Select, oversee, and evaluate external law firms to ensure efficient, high‑quality, and cost‑effective service delivery.
- Contribute to regional initiatives, process standardization, and capability building across the Americas Legal Team.
- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders across time zones.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
