RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with managing the company's client and vendor Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems ensuring efficiency and compliance with the goal to improve efficiencies of CLM tools. Identify and implement improvements to legal processes and workflows to enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to integrate and optimize legal technology initiatives to ensure alignment between legal and business needs. Complete complex tasks such as managing and coordinating with legal team and stakeholders, responding to questions across the Firm, and using data analytics tools relevant to legal service environments.Assist with evaluating, recommending, and implementing new legal technology tools to streamline operations.
