Legal Project Manager -10+ Years - Remote

Role: Legal Business Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Remote, India

Contract: 12+ months (extendable)

Notice Period: Immediate – 15 days

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document legal business requirements.
• Create process flows, workflows, BRD/FRD, and user stories.
• Support legal tech areas: workflow, DMS, knowledge hub, policy & approvals, investigations, analytics.
• Work with Legal, Tech, and global teams to design future processes.
• Support solution evaluation, configuration, and testing (including AI tools).
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and support UAT.
• Assist with training and change management activities.

Required Skills

• Experience as BA in Legal / Legal Ops / Compliance domain.
• Knowledge of legal workflows and document management systems.
