Legal Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Develop, review, and negotiate supplier contracts for diverse categories such as consumables, construction, IT services, Capex, and indirect categories. Ensure alignment of contracts with Eurofins’ legal and business requirements.
• Legal Compliance: Conduct thorough reviews of supplier contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and identify potential legal risks in the terms and conditions.
• Supplier Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for supplier contract-related matters. Collaborate with the Sourcing team to support negotiations and resolve contractual issues swiftly and effectively.
• Response Drafting: Prepare responses to inquiries from suppliers’ legal teams, addressing concerns, proposed revisions, and clarifications regarding contracts.
