Legal Technology Analyst (Contract) – Hybrid - TORONTO, CA

We’re hiring a Legal Technology Analyst to support legal operations and contract management for a fast‑growing, technology‑driven company in the transportation and mobility space .

This is a hybrid, contract role focused on improving how contracts move through the business — from intake and review to execution and reporting — using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools , process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support day‑to‑day legal operations and contract management workflows
• Help manage and optimize CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis, Sirion, or similar)
• Assist with contract intake, tracking, approvals, execution, and renewals
