Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Intern in our dynamic Elevator and Escalator Customer Care team based in Legnano (MI). The successful candidate will provide, after appropriate training, support for all aspects of customer needs responding to customer telephone and written inquiries regarding our product selection, placement of orders, complaints, concerns, and requests for literature. The resource will be also contribute in analyzing individual solutions and ensures customer needs are met as well as providing follow-up and initiates correspondence.Moreover, he/she will process customer orders, will update and maintain customer databases and record-keeping systems for individual accounts.

Major responsibilities:
