Job Title: Recreation Programs Manager
This role involves overseeing recreational services and activities, managing events and operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in recreational management . Additional requirements include the ability to work independently, make decisions quickly, and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing recreational programs that meet the needs of employees on site. This may involve collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events. You must also demonstrate strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
