Job Description
The Lender Task Administrator position will partner with client and internal teams to ensure long-term professional relationships by providing day-to-day management of the Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI) program. Consultant for client and internal employees on day-to-day operational questions pertaining to Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI). Anticipate needs of the client to provide excellent service and resolution. Audit and evaluate client reports to confirm accuracy, impacts to client risk, and potential loss of premium Process and audit notices, certificates, premium, images, client requests, and other aspects of day-to-day management of Collateral Protection Insurance Manage premium collection and refunding for timeliness and accuracy Identify, escalate, and manage tasks related to program impacts to the client, sales and loan ...
