Position: Credit Analyst
Qualification: A Graduate Degree in Commerce/Finance/Business or a Semi Qualified CA (dropped)
Location: Mumbai (Mulund West)
Job Description: -
- Preparation of proposal notes related to Real Estate Finance
- Internal risk assessment and data analysis of proposals using MS Excel
- Preparation of CMA, Cash Flows, Fund Flows and Ratio Analysis
- Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment
- Interact with financial institutions and clients for due diligence and documentation.
Key Expectations -
- Good understanding of financial analysis of companies
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office – Good Keyboard skills and knowledge of shortcuts in MS Excel
- Understanding of various banking asset products
