Job Description
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desk-side and remote IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments
- Assist users with safe and proper system usage
- Document issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
- Follow security and compliance standards at all times
