Job Description

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desk-side and remote IT support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments
  • Assist users with safe and proper system usage
  • Document issues and resolutions using ticketing systems
  • Follow security and compliance standards at all times
