Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Problem analysis and resolution.
  • Perform system performance and stability monitoring.
  • Provide support and coordination of planned activities both day-time and night-time on working days and non-working days.
  • Manage the system maintenance activities in SIT/UAT, Production, and DR environment.
  • Analyze the reported application problems from call center.
  • On-call standby support 24x7.
  • Other tasks to be assigned by superior.
  • Own reported issue and work towards issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Strong analytic skill and problem solving.
  • Good knowledge in IBM Websphere, web servers (Apache, Tomcat).
  • Working experience in Internet Banking system is essential.
  • Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux systems, and SQL.
