Responsibilities
- Problem analysis and resolution.
- Perform system performance and stability monitoring.
- Provide support and coordination of planned activities both day-time and night-time on working days and non-working days.
- Manage the system maintenance activities in SIT/UAT, Production, and DR environment.
- Analyze the reported application problems from call center.
- On-call standby support 24x7.
- Other tasks to be assigned by superior.
- Own reported issue and work towards issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Applicants must possess at least a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Strong analytic skill and problem solving.
- Good knowledge in IBM Websphere, web servers (Apache, Tomcat).
- Working experience in Internet Banking system is essential.
- Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux systems, and SQL.
