Level 2 Project Engineer

The L2 IT Project Engineer is responsible for delivering and supporting cloud and IT infrastructure solutions for multiple client environments within a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The role focuses on project implementation, Level 2 escalation support, and optimization of cloud, on-prem, and hybrid infrastructures. The engineer works closely with project managers, L3 engineers, and service desk teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client SLAs and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Delivery

• Execute IT infrastructure and cloud projects for multiple MSP clients
• Deploy and configure cloud solutions (Azure/AWS/M365 infrastructure)
• Implement server, storage, virtualization, and networking solutions
• Perform tenant onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and technology refresh projects
