Level 3 Play Worker / Level 3 Support Worker

Looking for rewarding work that fits neatly around term time? We’re supporting a local playscheme in the B10 area of Birmingham and are looking for a Level 3 qualified Play Worker or Support Worker to support our half-term holiday provision.
You’ll be working with children aged 5 to 13, with the majority being primary school age, helping to create fun, structured days where children feel safe, included, and excited to take part.
What you’ll be doing:
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities for children
* Supporting children in a structured play environment
* Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive space for all ages and abilities
* Managing and supporting a small team of four volunteers
* Encouraging participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour
