About the Role and Key Responsibilities
TailorEDucation are looking to meet with Qualified Level 3 Qualified Learning Support Assistants available to work on a flexible basis in EYFS settings across Medway.
You will be required to support class teachers and early years practitioners to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include supporting children with learning activities, promoting positive behaviour, assisting with personal care where required, and helping to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
