About the Role

As a Level 3 Rope Access – Mine Site Supervisor , you’ll be the backbone of site operations.

  • Lead and supervise rope access teams on active mine sites
  • Plan and coordinate complex works safely and efficiently
  • Set the tone for safety, professionalism, and accountability
  • Act as the key connection between crew, client, and management
  • Mentor technicians and build strong, capable teams

This is a hands‑on leadership role where your decisions directly impact safety, quality and team morale.
