Level I Support Analyst (Remote)

Support critical IT and POS systems for airport quick-serve restaurants and travel centers across 260+ locations, with 100+ new sites recently added.



You'll handle inbound calls and tickets, providing fast, customer-focused Level I support (≈95–99%), with occasional Level II escalation.




What You'll Support



  • New user access (POS, Wi-Fi, internet, email, Microsoft 365)




  • POS troubleshooting




  • Internet and network connectivity issues




  • Meraki backend monitoring and basic diagnostics





Most common tickets: new user access and connectivity requests.
